All of the current investors and stockholders of Prayaan Capital Private Limited have completely left the company, giving Rangarajan Krishnan a controlling position. Additionally, Krishnan partially purchased the founders' stock.
Rangarajan Krishnan received advice on this transaction from VERTICES PARTNERS.
Manu Varghese, a partner, led the transaction with a team that includes Associate Srishti Singh and Stuti Jain, Senior Associate Shagun Rathi, and others.
