Sharon Thomas, who has worked with Kroll for the last six and a half years, was appointed Director and Associate General Counsel.

Vice President & Senior Corporate Counsel Sharon Thomas has been promoted to Director & Associate General Counsel, according to Kroll. 
 

Thomas graduated from the University of Mumbai in 2012. 

Thomas is an in-house attorney with more than 13 years of experience who focuses on risk assessment, mitigation, and commercial advisory work throughout the Asia Pacific area. She has helped numerous global corporations navigate intricate legal environments while promoting long-term, strategic expansion. 

Thomas has been with Kroll for the past six and a half years, having joined the company in 2019 as a Corporate Counsel. 

In her new position, Thomas will offer a wide range of legal services, including valuations, investigations, diligence, compliance, restructuring, expert services, and financial regulation, to Kroll's Financial Advisory and Risk Advisory businesses throughout the Asia Pacific region.
