The Rajiv K. Luthra Foundation and NLU Jodhpur collaborate to include disabilities in the law.

Additionally, two NLUJ students with impairments will receive yearly internships from Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed by the Rajiv K. Luthra Foundation and National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ) to create the Rajiv K. Luthra-NLUJ Accessibility Lab on the university campus, with the goal of promoting accessible legal education and disability inclusion.

In addition to promoting research and policy activities in the areas of disability rights and accessibility, the Lab will concentrate on improving access to educational resources through assistive technologies.

The facility will be a cutting-edge accessibility hub and operational by February 2026. It is currently intended to accommodate students with visual, auditory, locomotor, learning, and other disabilities through academic and infrastructural aid.

One of India's top law companies, Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, will provide two NLUJ students with disabilities yearly internships as part of the partnership.

Through a variety of socioeconomic and educational initiatives, the Rajiv K. Luthra Foundation pursues the charitable goal of the late Rajiv K. Luthra, the founder of Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.
