According to the Supreme Court's ruling on the CBSE's three-language policy, a third language should be taught in class six and finished by class nine. You can begin in the fifth or sixth standard, and it should end by the ninth. "Observe the stress that students are experiencing," the Court said.

The Supreme Court noted on Thursday that kids would experience stress if the Central Board of School Education's (CBSE) three-language policy rule is implemented beginning in class 9.
According to the Court, third language instruction should actually begin in class 6 and must conclude by class 9.Please don't add a new language to the ninth grade. You can begin learning a third language in the fifth or sixth grade. Additionally, the third language should cease by the ninth standard. Observe how stressed out the students are. Give your government advice. "I still have the student in me," the Court said.

The Tamil Nadu government's appeal against a Madras High Court ruling requiring it to establish Navodaya Vidyalayas in each district was being heard by a bench of Justices BV Nagarathna and R Mahadevan.
The subject of CBSE schools was briefly discussed throughout the session.
In response to a question from Justice Nagarathna, an attorney stated that CBSE schools are only requiring a third language starting in the ninth grade.
The judge stated that requiring kids to begin studying a new language at a higher secondary level could be stressful. That is really awful. Language is a hard subject in ninth grade. Why is a third language taught in the ninth grade? In the sixth standard, introduce it. Please refrain from using a third language in the ninth grade. The pressure currently begins at the conclusion of the eighth grade, she stated.
Instead, she advocated for the introduction of a third language in middle school.

Don't think that Tamil Nadu won't have central government schools: Court
The Tamil Nadu government's opposition to the High Court's order to establish Navodaya schools was also questioned by the Bench today."Navodaya schools are essential," declared Justice Nagarathna. There are currently discussions taking place. The Tamil Nadu government attorney responded, "So we don't want to say anything at this point."All expenses will be covered by the central

government. Only the land must be made available. Navodaya schools are present in every other state. "Don't have this attitude 'because Navodaya school is by Union government, why should we have it?' Why are you depriving Tamil Nadu?" Justice Nagarathna continued.
At the Tamil Nadu government's request, the Court ultimately decided to postpone the case. The next hearing for the matter is scheduled for August 11.Give them instructions. There is currently a different government (TVK). We are unaware of their policy. Justice Nagarathna stated, "You may have your own educational system, etc., but don't stop central government schools in Tamil Nadu."
