Description of the Job
Advocates with a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution who are committed, motivated, and meticulous are sought for by the firm.
It will be preferred if you have prior experience with banking, civil, and commercial law.
Managing issues pertaining to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the SARFAESI Act, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, among others, would be the main responsibility of the position.
Conditions
The ideal candidate will be proactive, have good legal knowledge, and be prepared to assume responsibility for both drafting and court appearances.
Pay: In accordance with industry norms.
