About the Opportunity

The Internship Program at Vinit Nagar & Co.| Company Secretaries (VNC) shall offer valuable exposure for the students interested in the Corporate Law and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

Roles and Responsibilities

Conducting research in Corporate Law and IBC matters
Assisting in the drafting petition, appeal, affidavits, reply, rejoinder and documents, such as legal notices, and agreements
Analyzing case laws and judicial precedents
Support in e-filing and physical filing and submission of petition at registry of NCLT and NCLAT

Eligibility Criteria

Law Students: Students currently pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year program) or LL.M. from a recognized university.
Students pursuing CS Professional Programme with ICSI may also apply.
