Saraf & Partners welcomes Raunaq Bahadur Mathur to strengthen their dispute resolution procedures.

Raunaq Bahadur Mathur is now a Partner in Saraf & Partners' Delhi-based Dispute Resolution practice.


Mathur graduated from Barkatullah University, which was formerly known as Bhopal University. She graduated from Bangalore's National Law School of India University (NLSIU) with an LL.M. in Business Laws.

She adds more than 15 years of expertise managing intricate, high-value domestic and international arbitrations as well as business disputes to the firm. Her work covers a wide range of controversial topics, including as conflicts between many jurisdictions, shareholder and investment disputes, and difficulties unique to the infrastructure and oil and gas sectors.

She frequently appears before the Supreme Court of India and other High Courts throughout the nation, and she has represented both Indian and international clients in arbitration under the LCIA, ICC, SIAC, and ad hoc procedures.
