PQE and the number of positions:
- Two openings for applicants with three years of PQE
- One post for applicants with five years of PQE
- One post for applicants with seven years of PQE
Location: New Delhi's Defense Colony
Qualifications: LLB or BA LLB from a reputable college or university
Description of the Job
- Litigation, which includes managing cases, preparing pleadings, and appearing in court.
- Analyzing cases, conducting in-depth legal research, and expressing legal judgments.
- Managing case preparation, briefing Senior Advocates, and appearing in court on behalf of clients.
- Proficiency in both written and oral communication is essential for briefing and teamwork.
- A solid grasp of criminal, civil, and business litigation as well as constitutional law.
- Depending on experience level, the particular duties and qualifications may change (e.g., Associate, Senior Associate, Advocate).
