PQE

1. Junior Level: Until age five

2. 5–10 years at the middle level

3. Senior Level: Over a decade

Where: Delhi

Eligibility: L.L.B.

Description of the Position

 1. Junior Level

  • Prepare research notes and conduct legal research on relevant case laws and statutory requirements.
  • Read, examine, and evaluate documents; create thorough case summaries.
  • Help with the drafting of deeds, paperwork, and pleadings.
  • Manage documents and keep case files up to date.
  • Assist with client interactions, court filings, and hearings.
  • Learn case tactics and legal procedures by collaborating closely with senior team members.

2. Intermediate-Level

  • Help veteran attorneys and guide younger attorneys.
  • Manage appearances in court.
  • Compile thorough case briefs and carry out in-depth legal research.
  • Create, examine, and submit pleadings along with other documents and deeds.
  • Effectively handle several situations while working with little oversight.

3. Highest Level

  • Make court appearances and participate in intricate litigation cases in a variety of forums.
  • Examine, evaluate, and develop strategies while keeping confidentially, paying close attention to details, and adhering to deadlines.
  • Oversee the creation and examination of intricate pleadings as well as other documents and deeds.
  • Offer strategic advice in a range of legal fields.
  • Oversee, guide, and manage the work of mid-level and junior attorneys.
  • Effectively handle several situations while working with little oversight.
  • Eligibility Requirements and Crucial Features


1. Lower Level

  • law degree from a top Indian law school that has been accredited.
  • up to five years of experience after qualifying.
  • outstanding academic record and thorough understanding of fundamental legislation.
  • Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Analytical, research, and legal writing abilities.
  • the capacity and desire to manage paperwork and filing while helping seniors.

2. Intermediate

  • law degree from a top Indian law school that has been accredited.
  • 5–10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Understanding of civil and criminal law procedures and concepts, as well as the requisite drafting, legal research, courtcraft, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities along with a strong command of English.
  • Capacity to support seniors and mentor juniors in a team environment.
  • the capacity to manage cases with little oversight.

3. Highest Level

  • law degree from a top Indian law school that has been accredited.
  • Ten years or more of expertise managing litigation in all courts and other forums, including providing advice services.
  • Proficiency in court craft, legal research, analysis, and drafting, as well as a solid understanding of civil and criminal legal principles and procedures.
  • outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities along with a remarkable mastery of English.
  • the capacity to mentor and guide a group of seasoned legal experts.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities combined with strong managerial and administrative talents.
  • Pay: Negotiable based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and profile.
